Oblivious to the concept of time,

An hourglass with golden sand.

Time has no beginning and no end,
The keeper of time
Not breathing in the neck.

Musical style concepts

SSolemn and slow trip-hop rhythm. Low-pitched delicate female vocals over a high-pitched piano melody-line. A slightly tragic feel. A sorrow. Different voice (choir?) for the chorus. Spoken vocals towards the end.
